I cared deeply for my patients as a nurse, and I was always drawn to providing bedside comfort. But I often felt there was more I could do: to relieve their stress, ease their fears, address their pain, and help them get to the root of what they were struggling with.
 

I discovered the power of self-hypnosis in 2012, while preparing for the birth of my first child. It gave me something willpower alone couldn't access: the strength of my own subconscious mind. Using hypnosis, I went on to give birth to all four of my children naturally, without epidurals.
 

That experience changed how I understood what the mind is capable of. Today, as a Certified Consulting Hypnotist, I help people reduce stress, move past emotional triggers and fears, and build their confidence, using the same tools that helped me. My nursing background brings compassion, clinical understanding, and a grounded approach. Hypnosis brings the change.
