**Appointment Policy**

To secure and confirm your appointment or placement in a class, we require payment (PayNow/cash).

**Cancellation, Missed Appointment, and Rescheduling Policy**

Refunds will only be given if you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least two office working days in advance. Cancellations, missed appointments or rescheduling on the day will incur a charge for the time, as we cannot accommodate other clients on such short notice. This policy helps us optimize our appointment schedule, so that clients who require appointments do not wait weeks. It allows our hypnotherapists to serve clients more effectively when appointment times are honored. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you.
